ZenFone 3 Ultra tapers to a remarkably slender 6.8mm at its thinnest edge, curving ergonomically for the perfect grip. It is finished with a beautiful chamfer all the way around, diamond-cut to mere 0.18mm width — almost as fine as a single strand of human hair. We start with finest aerospace-grade alloy, precision-milled with 0.18mm diamond-cutting technology to create the optimum balance of strength and sleekness for ZenFone 3 Ultra’s all-metal frame. We then abrade the surface with a hyperfine sanding process, polishing it to a beautifully smooth finish — just one of the 240 precision steps it takes to create perfection.
