KleenGuard™ A40 protective coveralls offer ultra-low-linting, anti-static and silicon-free protection. The film laminate technology provides an outstanding barrier against a wide range of water-based and chemical splashes, liquids and dust particles. These type 5/6 single-use protective coveralls can be used for a variety of applications, from work with hazardous dusts through to chemical handling. They are suitable for critical processes such as spray painting, pharmaceutical manufacturing, agriculture and electronic assembly. These coveralls are ideal for protection against larger particles, holding out more than 99% fibres greater than 1 micron. The inner layer is tough and abrasion-resistant, made from a cloth-like, spunbond polypropylene. The coveralls are approved for radioactive dust protection, although this product does not provide protection against radioactive radiation. The coveralls feature a hood designed for respirator use and increased freedom of movement. They are generously cut and offer elasticated hood, waist, cuffs and ankles for extra comfort. The coveralls also offer a full length zip to ease getting in and out of the garment. Strong, triple stitched seams help protect against tear-ing. KleenGuard™ A40 protected coveralls are available in sizes small through to XXX large. The coveralls are stored in sealed poly bags, reducing the risk of contamination before use. The compressed packaging provides auto-dispensing and reduces storage space in the workplace.
