Products Warranty and Shipping Terms:
2.) At this moment, Cabinets & Cupboards and other Products available only in Klang Valley.
3.) Free delivery applicable to ground floor and premises with elevator only.
4.) Standard delivery rate will be charged by each floor (premises without elevator):
4a.) Please choose your floor from the available options provided before checking out, please contact us 1-800-88-0007 if your premise is above 4 floors.
4b.) Shipping rate for Safes / Cabinets / Cupboards - RM100 per floor for each unit. (shipping rate was before GST)
4c.) Shipping rate for Chair / other Products - RM10 per floor for each unit. (shipping rate was before GST)
5.) Transporter will not be held responsible for any damage to premises, facilities or common areas.
6.) Product shipping cover area within Klang Valley selected location as below :
- 40000 til 50000 area Petaling Jaya , Kuala Lumpur & Klang will take at least 4-5 working days arrange for delivery
- Bukit Serdang / Putra Jaya / Cyber Jaya / Kajang / Bangi / Nilai will take at least 1-2 week arrange for delivery
Custom make product : for all the chair & big shelve product will take 2 weeks progress for custom make
Ready make product : for all the product (EXCEPT chair & big shelve product) will take 2-3 working days progress for order
