For more than 2,000 years now, black cumin has been in use in the Middle East as a spice and a natural remedy. It is also known as »Pharaoh’s gold«, and is neither related to caraway nor cumin.

BIO PLANÈTE Black Cumin Oil is gently pressed from high-quality Egyptian seed and only filtered once. It shows a high content in polyunsaturated fatty acids. The spicy, flavorsome black cumin oil blends in nicely with Oriental food, such as pita, dishes with chickpeas, cheese, and beans. Thanks to the seeds’ high degree of maturity, the oil is easy to digest.

The daily consumption should not exceed 12–16 weeks. The consumption of black cumin oil during pregnancy should be avoided.
